Private weekly cycling leagues

Your baseline, not their speed.

Peer Pedal turns ride count and riding time into a private standings table. Friends with different schedules and different bikes can compete without publishing speed, distance, or a home route.

Build this week’s table

The calculator works today. Shared league accounts and automatic ride imports are in development.

Saturday Riders / week 18

Against each rider’s own usual week
Example week
  1. 01
    Maya3 rides · 138 min
    112
  2. 02
    Theo4 rides · 182 min
    104
  3. 03
    Nia2 rides · 96 min
    96

Theo rode longer. Maya still leads because each score starts from that rider’s own usual week.

01 / Weekly table

Run the numbers your group can explain.

Add two to six riders. Enter each person’s usual week and current week, then calculate one standings table. Names and ride totals stay on this device.

Ride count and riding time carry equal weight. Speed, distance, route, heart rate, and bike price are not inputs.

    02 / Scoring

One anchor. Four inputs. No mystery score.

    01

    Personal, not absolute

A two-ride beginner can lead a six-ride regular by improving more relative to their own week. Raw speed never enters the table.

    02

    Consistency without an infinite lead

Each half of the score caps at 125%. One unusually large week cannot create an unlimited advantage.

    03

    Friends first

Peer Pedal is designed for small private groups, not a global segment board or a public route feed.

The score is a league rule, not sports-science, medical, safety, or training advice.

    03 / Recurring leagues

A weekly table should lead to next week.

Peer Pedal’s shared leagues will use seven familiar divisions to give a group a longer arc than one good ride. Weekly score and season division remain separate: today’s calculator does not invent a rank.

    04 / Route privacy

The safest route is the one we never ask for.

The weekly calculator does not request GPS tracks, exact start or end points, home or work locations, speed, heart rate, distance, or equipment value.

    • Names and ride totals remain in this browser tab.
    • Refreshing clears the weekly table.
    • The email form never includes calculator values.

    What can I use today?

The weekly calculator, copyable recap, and downloadable recap work in this browser. Persistent accounts, automatic imports, and shared league rooms are still in development.

Does the fastest or longest rider win?

Not automatically. Peer Pedal compares current ride count and riding time with each rider’s own usual week. It does not accept speed or distance.

What happens to the numbers I enter?

They stay in this browser tab, are not written to local storage, and are never included with an email signup. Refreshing the page clears them.

What does the $5 USD pack include?

A baseline worksheet, four weekly scorecards, and four private recap templates for running a small league. Whop displays the final payment terms before purchase.

Does a weekly score assign a division?

No. Weekly score orders one week’s table. Division rules will be defined separately before persistent leagues open.
